张松柏,字:文俊,号:道登。1949年10月生于四川乐山。粉墨画创始人,非遗粉墨画传承师,中国非物质文化遗产推广大使。国学传承工作委员会委员,国家一级美术师,中国外事国宾礼特供艺术家,中国书画家研究会文化艺术委员会艺术顾问,中国国际教育电视台特邀艺术顾问,中国地名学会,红色文化专业委员会名誉会长。中国文化信息产业委员会:高级艺术专家,中国智慧工程研究会.国际教育交流工作委员会高级专家顾问,中国楹联学会书画艺术报副主任,中国下一代教育基金会圆计划发起人,国礼书画院副院长,红旗飘飘书画院学术委员,艺术评审委员兼书画研究员。首都书画院理事,孔子美术馆培训中心客座教授,峨眉山松柏画院院长。
