顾凤岐,笔名:岐山,1948年生于河北衡水景县董仲舒故乡。中国文化艺术界联合会名誉顾问，中国外交艺术人物，人民大会堂首席艺术顾问，中国国粹书画天王，荣获，一书一画,中国书画巨擘，人物称号,中国国家书画副院长,中国国粹书画天王,中国北京将相翰墨书画院副秘书長。中国书画巨擘人物。外交旅游部,外交艺术形象大使。顾凤岐先生自幼酷爱诗歌、摄影、书法师从著名书法家杜凯先生。
早年间潜心学习刘炳森千字文,清朝黄自元楷书,临习欧阳询《九成宫》，颜真卿《多宝塔》，王羲之《兰亭序》。反复揣摩,临墓苏轼、诸遂良、黄庭坚、刘海粟、范曾、李可染、启功等古代、现代大家作品,书法创作鼎盛时期得益于全国卫生系统书协副主席陈翰彬先生、著名书法家徐云飞先生悉心指导。顾凤岐的行書被中华兰亭字库组委会审核，入选中华兰亭字库。顾凤岐先生曾在河北省衡水市人民防空办公室供职,衡水文联委员。自2006年一些作品陆续在各种赛事中取得金奖、银奖等殊荣。顾凤岐创作的一幅《兰亭序》(3600mmX1400mm)为当时最大篇幅,该作品获得上海第九届国际书画展银奖、北京清大华文书画院全国书法大赛金奖，并有多件《兰亭序》作品进入2011年当代实力派书画春季拍卖专场。其书写的《咏梅》作品被“世界风筝之都”山东潍坊的国际碑林选用。2014年5月其《兰亭序》作品入榜北京八达岭新长城并立碑镌刻。2015年多幅作品入编由中国文联国际出版社出版的《国家艺术大师》和中国文化艺术出版社出版的《2015感动中国艺术人物》。
顾凤岐先后被中国书画艺术家协会授予“德艺双馨书法艺术人才"被央视央媒组委会聘为艺术顾问，中国文化名牌人物。中国书画家协会、中国书画研究院、中国国家书画院、中国书画艺术家协会、中国文学艺术工作者联合会、中国工艺美术家协会担任名誉职务,现为中国新华艺术网执行副主席。作品和简历先后入编《国际知名文艺家大辞典》《国宝档案》。中俄文化交流大使。两岸文化交流大使。
Gu Fengqi, pen name: Qishan, was born in 1948 in the hometown of Dong Zhongshu, Jing County, Hengshui, Hebei Province. Honorary Advisor of the China Federation of Culture and Art Circles, Chinese Diplomatic Art Figure, Chief Art Advisor of the Great Hall of the People, Heavenly King of Chinese National Calligraphy and Painting, honored with the title of "One Book, One Painting", Chinese calligraphy and painting giant, figure title, Vice President of the Chinese National Calligraphy and Painting Association, Heavenly King of Chinese National Calligraphy and Painting, Deputy Secretary General of the Beijing General's Hanmo Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In his early years, he devoted himself to studying Liu Bingsen's Thousand Character Classic, Huang Ziyuan's Regular Script in the Qing Dynasty, and studied Ouyang Xun's "Jiucheng Palace", Yan Zhenqing's "Duobao Pagoda", and Wang Xizhi's "Preface to Lanting". After repeated contemplation, the works of ancient and modern masters such as Su Shi, Zhu Suiliang, Huang Tingjian, Liu Haisu, Fan Zeng, Li Keran, and Qi Gong, who were close to the tomb, benefited from the careful guidance of Mr. Chen Hanbin, Vice Chairman of the National Health System Calligraphy Association, and renowned calligrapher Mr. Xu Yunfei during the peak of calligraphy creation. Gu Fengqi's cursive script was reviewed by the organizing committee of the Chinese Lanting Character Library and selected for the Chinese Lanting Character Library. Mr. Gu Fengqi once worked in the People's Air Defense Office of Hengshui City, Hebei Province, and was a member of the Hengshui Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Since 2006, some works have successively won gold and silver awards in various competitions. The "Preface to the Orchid Pavilion" (3600mm x 1400mm) created by Gu Fengqi was the largest piece at that time. The work won the silver award at the 9th Shanghai International Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition and the gold award at the National Calligraphy Competition of Beijing Qinghua Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Several of the "Preface to the Orchid Pavilion" works entered the 2011 Contemporary Strength Calligraphy and Painting Spring Auction Special. In May 2014, his work "Preface to Lanting" was listed on the Beijing Badaling New Great Wall and engraved on a monument. In 2015, multiple works were included in the compilation of "National Art Masters" published by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles International Press and "2015 Touching Chinese Art Figures" published by the China Culture and Arts Publishing House.
Gu Fengqi has been awarded the title of "Calligraphy Art Talent with Both Virtue and Art" by the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, and has been hired by the CCTV Central Media Organizing Committee as an art consultant and a renowned figure in Chinese culture. He holds honorary positions in the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, China National Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, China Calligraphers and Painters Association, China Federation of Literary and Art Workers, and China Arts and Crafts Artists Association. He is currently the Executive Vice Chairman of China Xinhua Art Network. His works and resumes have been included in the "Dictionary of Internationally Renowned Literary and Artistic Figures" and "National Treasure Archives".
